Glitter Bay on Sunset beach is a relaxed beach retreat ideally situated between Milnerton and Blouberg Strand with easy access to Montague Gardens, Century City and the CBD, table mountain, V&A Waterfront and wine lands.
The main body of the house is upstairs which consists of a large main bedroom ensuite, a double ensuite which interleads into a twin bedroom. The open plan kitchen and lounge area leads onto the enclosed pool deck where there is a heated pool and a braai facility.
There is also a fully equipped self catering apartment on the ground floor consisting of a spacious bedroom ensuite with a lounge, kitchen and dining room with a secluded patio and private garden.
The delightful Chauffeurs quarters provides a separate entrance, comfortable double ensuite with tv, kettle and fridge but no cooking facility.
Wind and kite surfing take place on the beach directly in front of the house and in season (July to November) you can whale watch from the pool deck which also provides the most photographed view of the majestic environs of Table Mountain.
Enjoy beach strolls with stunning sunsets and views of Robben Island.
