Mallowdeen Gardens makes an ideal base from which to explore the Western Cape, and the idyllic country setting is perfect to shed city stress.
Accommodation (graded 4 stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa) is offered in two African styled thatched cottages, and a spacious apartment which forms part of the main building.
Guests can relax by the pool or stroll in the gardens. The region offers wine tasting, river cruises, game drives and botanical gardens. For those more active there is hiking, cycling, fishing and canoeing, and Robertson has an 18 hole golf course. Your private veranda provides a relaxing vantage-point to take in spectacular mountain views, the overwhelming sound of silence, prolific bird life, and at night the starry sky.
To ensure a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, we operate a no children policy.

Accommodation
Mallowdeen Gardens offers two types of accommodation:
- The Cottages
The two thatched cottages are situated around the swimming pool. Each sleeps two and has a spacious living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath.
- The Apartment
The apartment, which forms part of the main building, is spacious and very private. The covered patio (with barbecue) offers beautiful Langeberge Mountain views. This elegant room has an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.

Mallowdeen Gardens is renowned for its attentive service with hosts Rita and Wim providing special touches to make your stay relaxed and memorable. We offer four star luxury in a cosy rural setting. En-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, private parking, TV, WiFi and open fireplaces in the two cottages.
