The property was recently fully restored and upgraded by owners Marc and Astrid who have spared no costs at bringing you only the best when it comes to quality, originality, comfort, style and space.

Review: Marc and Astrid made us very welcome from the start. As we had problems with our flights we arrived very late and were treated to a very nice glass of wine. The next morning they also gave us some breakfast as we had not had time to buy ourselves any food due to our very late arrival. They continued to look after us very well.
The situation of the apartment was exactly as we had asked for and been promised with our own separate parking space adjacent and a nice private patio. The large room (and large bed) were lovely and all facilities
fine.
The garden and pool was beautiful and nice and private.
We had a lovely holiday in Hout Bay and couldn't praise Marc and Astrid
enough for the way they looked after us.
