Our Cape Town hotel honeymoon
We decided to go to Cape Town on our honeymoon as quite a few of our friends have been and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed at a hotel on the Waterfront. We arrived very late on the Friday evening and were wonderfully surprised when we opened our curtains the next morning to see the lovely view of Table Mountain.
We went on a day tour of wine testing in Stellenbosch and then had a lovely supper at a steakhouse in the Waterfront overlooking the harbour. We also went up Table Mountain in a cable car - even though I am afraid of heights, the views from the top of Table Mountain are absolutely breathtaking. We took so many photos I fear I shall have to buy many, many photo albums.
There was so much to do and see, that after two weeks we hadn't even seen half of what there was to see. So, because We enjoyed our honeymoon so much we have decided to come back on our tenth wedding anniversary and hopefully bring our children with us.
